Danny Vegh’s Warehouse and COD Policy
• Danny Vegh’s will only hold product for customers who are facing delays in delivery (due to any reason not associated with Danny Vegh’s) that have paid 95% of their balance.
• The 5% remaining balance will represent a good faith gesture toward the customer so that they can inspect the product upon delivery for complete satisfaction.
• If the customer delays more than 30 days past the date provided as the estimated delivery date then Danny Vegh’s will request payment of the remaining 5% balance
and will request the customer to find another method of storage.
• If the customer is unable to find another method of storage, Danny Vegh’s will set a fair weekly storage rate for the customer to pay upon delivery. back to top
Return Policy
Congratulations on your purchase of quality merchandise from Danny Vegh's Home Entertainment. Since the beginning, in 1963, Danny and his staff have been dedicated to creating a pleasurable retail environment by providing high quality products at affordable prices with an expert staff. In its near 50 years of business Danny Vegh's continues to operate under the same philosophy "we don't just want to make a sale, we want a customer for life."
To return an accessory you must bring the item to the store in the original packaging, in like-new condition with your originalreceipt within 10 days of the purchase. All purchases made by credit card will be returned to the original credit card or store credit will be provided. Customers who pay with cash will receive a check from Danny Vegh's Corporate within 10 business days or store credit will be provided at the time of return.
All other items are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to; pool tables, barstools, poker tables, theater seats, pinball machines, video games, air hockey, foosball tables, ping pong tables and tops, shuffleboard, patio furniture and dome hockey.
Any delivery charge or shipping charge is non-refundable.
All Outlet sales are sold AS IS and do not hold a warranty. Outlet sales are final sales and are non-refundable. back to top
Trade-In Policy
If you are interested in making a trade-in on a pool table, then Danny Vegh's is willing to work with you. The trade-in will be good for 50% of the purchase price of the pool table (not applicable towards the entire ticket price). Trade-ins are only applicable to the original owner and to the Brunswick Authentic Series of Pool Tables. Danny Vegh's will only authorize the pick up of the pool table (no accessories, light fixtures, etc.) and a pick-up fee will apply. The trade-in dollars will be good towards any Danny Vegh’s product (with the exception of all electronic games and/or service work) as long as the new transaction is based on Danny Vegh’s regular pricing (no discounting or promotional pricing is allowed).

Layaway Plan Policy
Danny Vegh's prides itself on being flexible for the sake of its customers, which is why we offer a layaway plan. To take advantage of the layaway plan the following conditions must be met:
- Minimum of 10% down.
- Duration of layaway will not exceed six months/180 days.
- Some monthly activity is required.
- If not met for three months or longer, the prior deposit(s) automatically becomes non-refundable.
- The product will only be ordered after 50% down is met.
- If the product is discontinued during the six month/180 day timeframe we reserve the right to provide the customer with the most comparable product available at that time.
