Danny Vegh’s Warehouse and COD Policy
• Danny Vegh’s will only hold product for customers who are facing delays in delivery (due to any reason not associated with Danny Vegh’s) that have paid 95% of their balance.
• The 5% remaining balance will represent a good faith gesture toward the customer so that they can inspect the product upon delivery for complete satisfaction.
• If the customer delays more than 30 days past the date provided as the estimated delivery date then Danny Vegh’s will request payment of the remaining 5% balance
and will request the customer to find another method of storage.
• If the customer is unable to find another method of storage, Danny Vegh’s will set a fair weekly storage rate for the customer to pay upon delivery.
